Vision & Mission

Vision:

Development of socio-economic conditions of the people by ensuring participation of participatory water resources through coordination of sustainable development of water resources, protecting the people's lives through water supply and management of irrigation system, ensuring food security through irrigation system.


Mission:

Under the strategic planning, contribute to the impact of flood control, in relation to flood control, drainage and irrigation system, river erosion, land reclamation, removal of salinity and coordination of integrated coastal area, ensuring food security, poverty alleviation and water related problems;

Increasing public involvement through active participation in integrated water management; Development and management of human resources through enhanced knowledge and skills with advanced and modern training; Modernization of flood prediction and warning system ensures optimum utilization of resources; Modernization of integrated ICT infrastructure; Attitudes for the strengthening and fundamental and applied research on the use of anthology.
